FITNESS CLASSES

Our goal is to provide you with the best available instructors/classes.  We are working to provide you with a variety of classes.  Check back on a regular basis to check out new classes being offered.  Our Fitness Class schedule can be found by looking at our “Class Calendar” in the drop down menu at the top, right of this page OR by checking out our “ New Events” page.


CURRENT FITNESS CLASS PRICING:

pER mONTH: $25 A MONTH per class (choose one class to sign up for and pay only $25 per month to get 4 classes-1 per week on the same scheduled night.)

DROP IN RATES: $7 PER CLASS DROP IN FOR MEMBERS/$9 PER CLASS DROP IN FOR NON-MEMBERS.

PUNCH CARDS:

BASIC PUNCH CARD: $35 for 6 VISITS/ $60 FOR 12 VISITS. this card can be used towards any fitness class currently offered.

YOUTH PUNCH CARD: $25 FOR 6 VISITS FOR AGES 9-17 YEARS OLD. this card can be used towards any fitness class currently offered.

SENIOR PUNCH CARD: $25 FOR 6 VISITS FOR AGES 55+. this card can be used towards any fitness class currently offered.

*New Class-Starts 09/10/19 Yoga Flow & Unwind

Duration: 45 Minutes   

INSTRUCTOR: RACHEL CROWTHER

Interested in yoga, but not sure where to start? All levels welcome in this Vinyasa focused yoga class. We will explore basic yoga postures and breathing techniques. Students will experience the basics along with proper body alignment and technique. This beginner friendly flow compliments any type of workout routine. We will practice deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to our bodies. This class is designed for all fitness levels and body types.

A Yoga mat is required for this class.  We do have a few on hand to use that are available on a first come, first serve basis.

 

Total Body Fitness   

Duration: 45 Minutes   

INSTRUCTOR: Amanda Burns

This class will offer Cardio interval training that can be done as low impact or high impact, using your own body weight. Interval training is a series of short periods of work followed by a brief period of rest. This class is a total body workout. We will use cardio training to improve stamina and build strength all while burning calories. This class includes cardio exercise, core training and stretching for a complete workout. 

A Yoga mat is required for this class.  We do have a few on hand to use that are available on a first come, first serve basis.

POUND®

Duration: 45 Minutes   

INSTRUCTOR: Amanda Burns

A Yoga mat is required for this class.  We do have a few on hand to use that are available on a first come, first serve basis.  Drumsticks are available for use, however if you have your own pair of workout/fitness drumsticks, you are more than welcome to bring them with you.

Strength & Stamina for beginners

Duration: 45 Minutes   

INSTRUCTORs: Amanda Burns | DEVYN JACOBS

This class will alternate between periods of strength exercises and bursts of modified cardio exercises.  It starts with a low intensity warm-up followed by light stretching. Then moves into 2 strength moves followed by our modified cardio move and ends with a cool down stretch lasting 3-5 minutes. This class is geared towards those who are just starting out with fitness or those who simply need a lower intensity workout as it is modified for all levels. This workout is to help build your strength along with shorts bursts of heart pumping cardio.  

A Yoga mat is required for this class.  We do have a few on hand to use that are available on a first come, first serve basis.

BUTTS-N-GUTS

Duration: 45 Minutes   

INSTRUCTOR: DEVYN JACOBS

This class will focus on toning and help you train and tighten all regions of the lower body and core. Workouts will focus on the abs, glutes, legs and lower back using light weights and body resistance.

A Yoga mat is needed for this class.  We do have a few on hand to use that are available on a first come, first serve basis.
