TOTAL BODY FITNESS

This class will offer Cardio interval training that can be done as low impact or high impact, using your own body weight. Interval training is a series of short periods of work followed by a brief period of rest. This class is a total body workout. We will use cardio training to improve stamina and build strength all while burning calories. This class includes cardio exercise, core training and stretching for a complete workout. A yoga mat is needed for this class.  We do have a few available to use on a first come, first serve basis.  If you plan on wearing Tennis Shoes during the workout, you will need to bring a clean pair with you.  Please do not wear them to the facility.

JOIN US EVERY THURSDAY FROM NOON UNTIL 2:00 PM FOR TODDLER TIME OPEN GYM.  THIS OPEN GYM IS FOR ALL CHILDREN AGES 5 AND YOUNGER, ONLY.  

COST PER CHILD IS $5 FOR MEMBERS/$7 FOR NON-MEMBERS.  ANY CHILD AGE 18 MONTHS & YOUNGER IS FREE WITH A PAID OLDER SIBLING!

THIS IS A GREAT TIME FOR THE YOUNGER KIDS TO GET THE GYMNASTICS FLOOR TO THEMSELVES AND TO PLAY AND RELEASE SOME ENERGY.  

We do require that a liability waiver is signed so your child can participate during open gym. This applies to any child age 17 and younger. If you don't already have a signed waiver on file with us, please visit our website:www.offseasonsportsacademy.com and go to our Membership/Online Liability Waiver page and you can complete the Liability Waiver online. 

Open Gym allows your kids to have full access to our Gymnastics floor/equipment. They can come in and practice some flips, work on techniques or simply come in and just have some fun!! We do have instructors present during this time to help ensure the safety of the kids while using the equipment.

If you're looking for something fun to do on the weekend that will let your kids release some energy, this Open Gym is for you!  

Cost per child is $6 for Members/$8 for Non-Members.  Any child age 4 and younger is required to have a parent stay with them while participating on the gymnastics floor.

If you're looking for something fun to do on the weekend that will let your kids release some energy, this Open Gym is for you!  

Cost per child is $6 for Members/$8 for Non-Members.  Any child age 4 and younger is required to have a parent stay with them while participating on the gymnastics floor.  

We do require that a liability waiver is signed so your child can participate during open gym. This applies to any child age 17 and younger. If you don't already have a signed waiver on file with us, please visit our website:www.offseasonsportsacademy.com and go to our Membership/Online Liability Waiver page and you can complete the Liability Waiver online.

This class will offer Cardio interval training that can be done as low impact or high impact, using your own body weight. Interval training is a series of short periods of work followed by a brief period of rest. This class is a total body workout. We will use cardio training to improve stamina and build strength all while burning calories. This class includes cardio exercise, core training and stretching for a complete workout. A yoga mat is needed for this class.  We do have a few available to use on a first come, first serve basis.  If you plan on wearing Tennis Shoes during the workout, you will need to bring a clean pair with you.  Please do not wear them to the facility.

This class will offer Cardio interval training that can be done as low impact or high impact, using your own body weight. Interval training is a series of short periods of work followed by a brief period of rest. This class is a total body workout. We will use cardio training to improve stamina and build strength all while burning calories. This class includes cardio exercise, core training and stretching for a complete workout. A yoga mat is needed for this class.  We do have a few available to use on a first come, first serve basis.  If you plan on wearing Tennis Shoes during the workout, you will need to bring a clean pair with you.  Please do not wear them to the facility.

JOIN US ON SATURDAY'S FOR OPEN GYM!  

If you're looking for something fun to do on the weekend that will let your kids release some energy, this Open Gym is for you!  

Cost per child is $6 for Members/$8 for Non-Members.  Any child age 4 and younger is required to have a parent stay with them while participating on the gymnastics floor.  

We do require that a liability waiver is signed so your child can participate during open gym. This applies to any child age 17 and younger. If you don't already have a signed waiver on file with us, please visit our website:www.offseasonsportsacademy.com and go to our Membership/Online Liability Waiver page and you can complete the Liability Waiver online. 

Open Gym allows your kids to have full access to our Gymnastics floor/equipment. They can come in and practice some flips, work on techniques or simply come in and just have some fun!! We do have instructors present during this time to help ensure the safety of the kids while using the equipment.
