TABATA-Modified is a workout that alternates between high and low intensity efforts of exercise. The total period of alternating workouts is 30 minutes followed by stretching at the end of each session to help with flexibility. This class is geared towards our Senior clients and for those that are just starting out with exercising or those that simply need modifications during the workout period, as it is modified at ALL levels and is a workout to help keep and or build stamina and endurance.
A Yoga mat is required for this class. We do have a few on hand to use that are available on a first come, first serve basis.
