TABATA HIIT involves short bursts of intense activity along with lower-intensity exercise periods. You will workout hard for 30 seconds, then even harder for 20 seconds followed by the hardest 10 seconds you can give. This class will help to improve your endurance and speed and increase stamina. The class ends with a stretching period which helps with flexibility.
A Yoga mat is required for this class. We do have a few on hand to use that are available on a first come, first serve basis.
