Total Body FITNESS Instructor: Amanda Burns
This class will offer Cardio interval training that can be done as low impact or high impact, using your own body weight. Interval training is a series of short periods of work followed by a brief period of rest. This class is a total body workout. We will use cardio training to improve stamina and build strength all while burning calories. This class includes cardio exercise, core training and stretching for a complete workout. A yoga mat is needed for this class. We do have a few available to use on a first come, first serve basis. If you plan on wearing Tennis Shoes during the workout, you will need to bring a clean pair with you. Please do not wear them to the facility.
