Strength & Stamina for Beginners

This class will alternate between periods of strength exercises and bursts of modified cardio exercises. It starts with a low intensity warm-up followed by light stretching. Then moves into 2 strength moves followed by our modified cardio move and ends with a cool down stretch lasting 3-5 minutes. This class is geared towards those who are just starting out with fitness or those who simply need a lower intensity workout as it is modified for all levels. This workout is to help build your strength along with shorts bursts of heart pumping cardio. **A Yoga mat is required for this class. We do have a few on hand to use that are available on a first come, first serve basis. **
This class allows drop-ins or the option to register for the whole month. We also offer Fitness Punch Cards.

$25-Senior Punch Card-Ages 55+, for 6 visits.
$25-Youth Punch Card-Ages 9-17 years old, for 6 visits.
