below is a list of the specialty classes we currently offer. some are held all year long, while others are offered on a seasonal basis. visit our class calendar for all classes that we currently offer.

*ANNUAL FACILITY FEE: The Annual Facility Fee per Family is $35. The Facility Fee is required to be paid in order to enroll in any classes, except Group Fitness, and is paid in addition to the monthly class tuition. It is payable at 1st enrolled class and renews, annually, December 1st.

*DRESS CODE: We do not have a required dress code for our classes. Please have your child wear something they are comfortable in and can move around easily in while working in the class they are attending. ATHLETES-IN-TRAINING (Pre-K)

age 3-5 years old, co-ed

Class Time: 45 minutes / $65 per month

Athletes in this class will enjoy learning the fundamentals of baseball, basketball, gymnastics, soccer, and some obstacle course drills. They will also learn preschool skills such as standing in line, waiting turns and sharing all while having fun!

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

INTRO TO STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

AGES 6th-8th grade, co-ed

Class Time: 45 MINUTES$89 PER MONTH this class meets twice per week, per month on tuesday’s and thursday’s

This course is designated to teach students an understanding of the physiological principles related to weight training and conditioning programs. Students will learn basic weight training concepts and techniques that will contribute to obtain optimal physical fitness. Through this course, students will learn the basic fundamentals of strength training, agility training, speed training and overall fitness training and conditioning. Students will be empowered to make wise choices, meet challenges and develop positive behaviors in fitness, wellness, and movement activity for a lifetime.

 

ADVANCED STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

AGES 13-18 YEARS OLD, co-ed

Class Time: 1 HOUR$99 PER MONTH this class meets twice per week, per month on tuesday’s and thursday’s

*THIS CLASS ALSO INCLUDES A FITNESS CENTER MEMBERSHIP WHILE ENROLLED IN CLASS.*

This course applies the concepts of exercise physiology with an emphasis on advancing athletic performance. Students-athletes will learn the foundations of performance, program design for strength development and injury prevention. The program requires practical performance and assessment of the core strength exercises and the Olympic weightlifting. There will be an emphasis on anatomy, metabolic energy systems, and specific physical adaptations to exercise..
